Spinal Joint Manipulation (Adjustments)




Sometimes when you've been injured, the bones in the region are not aligned or moving correctly. Specific joint manipulation (adjustments) may be required to restore normal movement and alignment. Various strategies including hot packs and muscle release are used to ensure the body is relaxed before an adjustment. After manipulation is performed, therapeutic exercises are necessary to help the bones stay put!
